Airtect Stand-Alone Fixed Hot Runner Leak Detection Manifold

The Airtect Plastic Leak Alarm System is a unique device which gives protection against plastic leak damage caused by leaking plastic either within a hot runner mould and/or at the injection nozzles

Stand-alone manifolds have an integrated display / control / relay interlock module. They cannot be daisy-chained as part of a larger system and are non-programmable

Kit includes:

•  Fixed type manifold
• 3m PU tube
• 1m (4-Zone) or 2m (8-Zone) 1.6mm / 2.0mm silicone tube
• 5m (4-Zone) or 10m (8-Zone) 1.6mm / 2.0mm stainless steel sensor tube
• 4x (4-Zone) or 8x (8-Zone) brackets, spacers and screws for sensor tube
• AR-20GF air filter, pressure regulator, gauge and fittings
• Installation / operation manual
