Specification
LUSIN® OL154 is a silicone free release agent for processing of thermoplastics and duromers. It is based on special fatty oils and additives. LUSIN® OL154 is suitable for use at mould temperatures up to 150°C.
- Suitable for MAKROLON and LEXAN
- Up to 150°C mould temperature
- Injection moulded parts can be finished
- Long cycle times – multiple demould
- Excellent release and slip effect
- Finishing processes such as painting, printing and bonding are possible. Preliminary testing is recommended.
