Ultra Purge™ 1220

Ultra Purge™ is a ready to use granular purging compound that is easy to use, has a rapid cleaning effect as well as high-efficiency and a wide application range, allowing for solutions for every process and issue

Ultra Purge™ 1220 can be used at processing temperatures from 160°C (320°F) to 350°C (662°F)

Suitable for use in Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, Extrusion and Sheet Extrusion and can be used for cleaning screws, barrels, hot runners and heads of blow moulding machines (with and without accumulator head)

Good for colour changes, material changes, black specks and temperature transitions

Suitable for use with PVC, ABS, PA, POM, PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, TPE (olefin based), EPDM, EPR

All components of the formulation of Ultra Purge™ 1220 are in compliance with: EU Regulation No 10/2011 and US-American legislation for food contact materials (21 CFR)
