Important Information
1. Payment
Prices may be displayed on-line and payment may be accepted in either Sterling (GBP) or EUROS. mouldshop.com reserve the right to vary the GBP:EURO exchange rate from time to time to accommodate exchange rate fluctuations – the exchange rate is based upon the quoted exchange rate at Barclays plc. For UK Customers prices shown are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. Overseas customers will not be charged tax; this liability will be the responsibility of the customer at point of import. Companies that are located in a member state of the European Union that are requested to submit their national tax registration number so that records may be created for Intrastat purposes.
1. Credit card payment may be accepted via our secure server (see Security Policy). Mouldshop.com accept payment from the following cards: Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, JCB and Switch.
2. Credit Accounts are issued subject to status and satisfactory credit checks and will only be considered for full time businesses with regular (monthly) purchasing requirements. Credit is only available to persons aged 18 and over. If credit terms are granted, Accounts should be settled in a timely manner, all transactions are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
3. All accounts are payable on demand but in any case not later than 30 days after the date of the invoice.
4. Save as provided herein, terms of payment shall be stated on mouldshop.com’s acceptance of order.
5. Mouldshop.com reserves the right to alter the terms of payment in accordance with the value of the Order. These terms of payment will be clearly stated on the Quotation.
6. In the event of late payment, mouldshop.com reserves the right to charge interest at 2% above the base lending rate for the time being charged by the Bank of England.
7. Mouldshop.com reserves the right to suspend subsequent deliveries of goods where payment is not received by the due date.
8. With respect to new customers, mouldshop.com may insist that initial orders on a pro-forma basis.

Payment will be debited to your account before despatch of your purchase. Mouldshop.com will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part mouldshop.com cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Mouldshop.com
Mouldshop.com reserves the right to refuse to execute any order or contract if the arrangement for payment or the Customer’s credit is not satisfactory to mouldshop.com. In the case of non-payment of any account when due or in the case of death, incapacity, bankruptcy or insolvency of the Customer or when the Customer is a limited company in the case of liquidation or the appointment of a receiver then the purchase price for all goods and/or work invoiced and/or delivered by mouldshop.com to the Customer at such time shall immediately become due and payable from the Customer to mouldshop.com and in addition mouldshop.com shall have the right to cancel all contracts with the Customer or to suspend or continue delivery at the option of mouldshop.com without prejudice to mouldshop.com's right to recover any loss sustained.
2. Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail detailing your purchase and advising delivery.
3. Delivery
Mouldshop.com aims to deliver 90% of the goods listed on-line within three days from order confirmation notice. Mouldshop.com reserve the right to deliver the goods within 28 days. Over this time mouldshop.com will notify you and arrange a suitable delivery date with you. If a date cannot be agreed upon Mouldshop.com will offer you a credit on the goods or a refund. Hazardous goods will not be transported by air and therefore delivery of hazardous goods will be subject to road transportation and delivery times will be advised with each purchase. A surcharge may be applicable for delivery of such products. Our preferred courier will be responsible for delivery of your goods. It is Mouldshop.com policy to advise privilege cardholder customer’s customers of the associated consignment number in order for the delivery status to be checked by the customer. Full details of how to access this system are given on-line.
4. Delayed Shipment
When goods are ready for delivery, but delivery is delayed with mouldshop.com's consent at the Customer's request, payment shall become due as if delivery had been made when the goods are so ready.
5. Your right to cancel
Mouldshop.com guarantees to refund the cost of any item bought online that is not required, provided it is returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, in its original packaging and condition. To ensure safe transit the item should be wrapped in the original delivery box or one of equivalent quality. The refund will occur on the credit or debit card that was originally used to complete the transaction. Items cannot be refunded until they have been received at the address below. Alternatively, items that are not required may be returned to our offices within 7 days from the date of delivery. Mouldshop.com will only refund your delivery cost if the return is as a result of our error (for example, faulty goods or an incorrect item delivered). This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Returns and Cancellations
If, for any reason, you no longer require a Product that you bought from mouldshop.com, please return the Product with a copy of the delivery note. The Product and the delivery note should be posted to Mouldshop at the address below. The Products should be in a condition that they can be immediately available for re-sale. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition and to ensure safe transit they should be wrapped in the original delivery box or one of equivalent quality. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. If the Product is returned within 14 Days and Subject to the Products being in a satisfactory condition a full refund will be made. Where products are returned after this 14-Day period mouldshop.com reserve the right to levy a handling charge. 7. Warranty
mouldshop.com guarantees at its discretion to repair, or to replace free of charge any of the goods found to its satisfaction to be defective within twelve months of the date of delivery owing to faulty design materials or workmanship, provided that the goods have been operated and maintained within the recommendations for use and have not been modified or repaired other than by mouldshop.com. Where the mouldshop.com has manufactured the goods to a design of the customer no liability is accepted by mouldshop.com for design errors, which remain the responsibility of the customer. In the case of goods not manufactured by mouldshop.com liability shall in no circumstances extend beyond the liability to mouldshop.com of the manufacturer of such goods. Goods returned under this guarantee shall be delivered to mouldshop.com premises at the customer’s expense. Goods returned under the guarantee and found not to be defective will be returned to the customer at his expense and subject to a charge for testing by mouldshop.com. Mouldshop.com reserves the right to make design modifications, which are not given in mouldshop.com's documentation, or to offer an alternative product of comparable quality. Mouldshop.com is not liable for damage caused by wear and tear, improper treatment, servicing, and faults, mechanical, chemical, electro-chemical, electrical or physical effects and improper use.
