Barrel Insulation Jackets are simple to fit and not only offer incredible energy savings of up to 45%, but they also yield a rapid return on investment (ROI) within typically 3-6 months.

The insulation jackets are manufactured from high temperature materials. The outer material is from a coated fibre glass cloth. The fixing / tightening is achieved using straps with a combination of heavy-duty buckles and / or high temperature Velcro depending on the application. Thermocouple holes are reinforced with a steel grommet.

Aerogel is an incredibly light, durable and highly porous material known for its remarkable properties. It is incredibly strong with a low thermal conductivity giving exceptional insulating capabilities. Aerogel Insulation Jackets are much more rigid in construction and while they are more expensive, their increased insulative properties will result in further efficiency; in our experience they demonstrate reported energy savings of up to 45%. Fibreglass insulation is rated to 800°c, while Aerogel is rated to 1000°c.
