Specification
The Airtect Plastic Leak Alarm System is a unique device which gives protection against plastic leak damage caused by leaking plastic either within a hot runner mould and/or at the injection nozzles
Standard hot runner leak detection manifolds are used in addition with LA500, LA502 or LM2050 using a PCC- cable. LA504 variations cannot be daisy-chained.
Kit includes:
- Fixed type manifold
- 3m PU tube
- 1m (4-Zone) or 2m (8-Zone) 1.6mm / 2.0mm silicone tube
- 5m (4-Zone) or 10m (8-Zone) 1.6mm / 2.0mm silicone tube
- 4x (4-Zone) or 8 (8-Zone) brackets, spacers and screws for sensor tube
