Airtect Ultimate Fixed Hot Runner Leak Detection Manifold

The Airtect Plastic Leak Alarm System is a unique device which gives protection against plastic leak damage caused by leaking plastic either within a hot runner mould and/or at the injection nozzles

Ultimate multi-zone leak detection manifolds have both point and loop leak detection zones. Available as stand-alone units only and have an integrated display / control / relay interlock module. They cannot be daisy-chained as part of a larger system

Kit includes:

• Fixed type manifold
• 3m PU tube
• 2m 1.6mm or 2.0mm silicone tube
• 10m 1.6mm or 2.0mm stainless steel sensor tube
• 32x brackets, spacers and screws for sensor tube
• AR-20GF air filter, pressure regulator, gauge and fittings
