Top Lock - Z-Series

Progressive Z-SeriesTM Top Locks provide positive guidance between cavities and cores and will not bind due to unequal thermal expansion of the mould halves. The three-piece design allows for easy installation and fitting of inserts. Progressive's new Z-SeriesTM Alignment Locks have been engineered to out perform other styles.  This is achieved through a combination of engagement geometry, materials and treatments, particulate capturing and lubrication distribution.
